This week I want to focus on building a foundation for success and starting good habits for the future. I am nit planning on jumping in feet first into dieting, but instead am planning on wading in a bit at a time. My goal is lasting change, even though a quick fix would be nice.
Goals for the week
Cook at home every night and bring my lunch every day
Walk 60,000 steps before next Sunday
Do week one of body for life (weights & cardio)
Log my food everyday
Knit For at least 1 hour
Wash the walls in my kitchen
